Explore the wonders of Costa Rica via a luxurious sail cruiser. You’ll enjoy uninterrupted views of colorful rainforests, palm-lined beaches, and diverse wildlife as you sail through one of the most spectacular natural settings in the world.

Itinerary

Day 1:

Your adventure starts on day one at 9 am, when you board your classic sail cruiser Brisa Elegante. Our crew will give you a warm welcome, followed by your familiarization with the cruiser and its safety features.
At 10 am, we set sail from Marina Pez Vela in Quepos, heading northwest along the coast to Isla Tortuga.

Our route takes us along the coastline, offering a breathtaking view of the tropical jungle and mountains up to 2000 meters (6600ft) next to the Pacific Ocean!

Enjoy a sumptuous lunch on the sea at 12:30 pm. You have time on board to relax, listen to music, read your book, do nothing, and sunbathe while we are cruising to our anchoring spot on the east side of Isla Tortuga. We will arrive there at around 4:00 pm.

You will have the selection of going ashore and visiting the beach or swimming and snorkeling around the cruiser. Feel free to try out our kayaks, SUPs, and surfboard, working up an appetite for the dinner on board. Our dinghy brings you to reefs, where you can snorkel between the reef fishes.

At 5:30 pm, our bartender will serve you a sundowner to enjoy the spectacular sunset.

A three-course dinner is served at 6:30 pm, either al fresco on the foredeck or in our air-conditioned salon.

Day 2:

At 10:00 am, we will raise the anchor and sail to Isla San Lucas, a former prison island, now converted into a national park. After arrival, you have the choice to visit the national park with its spectacular nature and ancient prison buildings or to enjoy the beaches and the sea.

We will stay in the sheltered bay of Isla San Lucas overnight.

Day 3:

Enjoy extra time at San Lucas, the only National Park of its kind in Costa Rica.

Spend your third night at Isla Cedros, a small and remote island famed for its bioluminescent plankton.

Day 4:

Raising anchor at 06:00 am we begin heading south. On our way back to Quepos, we will have a 2-hour stopover at Islas Negritos. Hop into the sea for swimming, snorkeling, and check out our water sport equipment or go exploring the beach.

We will arrive at the Marina Pez Vela in Quepos at 5:30 pm.
